On July 11, 2025, Rojanas Group successfully organized the second session of its personnel development program, “Achieving Goals with KSAC – Batch 2,” aimed at enhancing participants’ understanding and practical application of the KSAC framework—Knowledge, Skill, Attitude, and Character—to effectively align with KPI-based performance management.
This special training session was honored by the presence of Mr. Krit Rojanasena, Chairman of the Rojanas Group, as a guest speaker, alongside Dr. Arporn Phoowitayapan, Director of the Human Resource Research and Development Institute at Thai Skill Plus Co., Ltd., who served as the lead trainer, delivering in-depth knowledge throughout the program.
